Sydney Royal 2005 :-

Brafords from as far north as Mackay in Queensland and south to Robe in South Australia gathered for the first ever Braford Feature Show at Sydney. With 127 of the best Brafords in Australia, representing 30 individual studs, putting on a strong showing to celebrate the Braford's feature breed status at the Sydney Royal, Chadwick Downs proved that its successes have little to do with lack of competition by taking three Grand Champion sashes, the Australian Braford Society Trophy for Best Exhibit and the breeders and two bulls groups. The stud was also the Most Successful Braford exhibitor.

The only class in which Chadwick Downs dipped out of a broad ribbon was the junior champion female, thanks to a long-distance entry by Scott & Robyn Morgan, Morelands, Mackay, Qld. The Morgans' only entry, Morelands Limelite, won the 32 head category ahead of reserve sash winner, Little Valley Gertie, shown by Doug & Shirley Bennett and family, Little Valley Grazing Company, Casino, NSW.
